The subscriber booking for other participants certifies that each participant, or legal representant for minors<\/b>, is aware of the following general sales conditions<\/i><\/b> and that all of them individually accept these conditions.<\/b><\/p>\n

DIPLOMAS AND LEGAL STATUS :<\/h2>\n

OXO Canyoning guides and instructors are recruited for their professional and human qualities. They are designated by “the guide”.<\/p>\n

According to French legal requirements, required qualifications are :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • DE canyoning or rock climbing (depending on the activity)<\/li>\n
  • BEES canyoning or rock climbing<\/li>\n
  • Guide de Haute Montagne + canyoning certification<\/li>\n
  • AMM & BEES sp\u00e9l\u00e9o + canyoning certification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    They are independant workers<\/strong> registered at URSSAF and up-to-date with the payment of their assessments, as well as their professional civil liability insurance.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    Matchmaker status of OXO canyoning SARL<\/h2>\n

    OXO canyoning has the role of a business matchmaker<\/strong> between the client and the guide in charge of the outing.<\/p>\n

    The sale of the guiding service by OXO canyoning SARL is executed in the name and on the acount of the guide in charge of the outing. <\/strong><\/p>\n

    The outdoor outing is happening under the unique and strict liability of the guide in charge. OXO canyoning SARL is reliable for organisation and commercial details only. OXO canyoning SARL liability shouldn’t be engaged in case of an accident engaging the risponsability of the guide in charge of the outing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    INSURANCES :<\/h2>\n

    OXO canyoning guides and instructors are covered by a professional civil liability insurance.<\/strong>
    \nThis insurance efficiently covers for medical care, hospital costs, search expanses, repatriation expanses and compensations for the risks the professional is responsible for.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    It is the client(s) responsibility to ensure individual civil liability for the practice of canyoning and climbing<\/strong> without limitation of location and altitude, including assistance, search, rescue and repatriation.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    RISK ASSESSMENT :<\/h2>\n

    – Activities offered by OXO canyoning are outdoors sport adventures.<\/strong> Each participant is aware to be moving onto slippery and steep ground<\/strong>s and acknowledges the random, changing and hard to foresee character of our practice range and of the weather conditions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – Participants have access on the website www.oxo-canyoning.fr and through OXO’s booking service to all details of the activity they are engaging in. They must thoroughly seek for information and not over-estimate their own or their children’s physical or psychological capacities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    – During the security briefing and the instruction delivery<\/strong>, participants must pay close attention and only engage if they have clearly understood the guide or instructor’s instructions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

    – OXO canyoning declines any responsability in case of loss or deterioration of client’s belongings<\/strong> during the activity, such as photo or video cameras, smartphones, prescription or sun glasses, contact lenses…<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    COUNTRAINDICATIONS :<\/h2>\n

    In order to take part to the sport activities offered by OXO canyoning : <\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Participants must not have any health contraindications<\/strong> to practicing these activities, neither have had any prior health problem or surgical operation that could make it dangerous.<\/li>\n
    • Participants having health specificities, physical or mental disability or a medical treatment must keep OXO informed<\/strong> of it at the booking to let the guide organise the outing accordingly and offer the best comfort and security conditions to all.<\/li>\n
    • Being under the effect of alcool or drugs is forbidden.<\/li>\n
    • Pregnant women must be aware of potentially serious, indeed lethal fetal injuries in case of falling or sliding.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      To practice canyoning, participants must :<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • For “Happy Balme” outings, be comfortable to move about in the water and accept to have one’s head underwater for 2 seconds. <\/em> and point to the guide the less comfortable children.<\/li>\n
